I agree. The role of a pastor is to equip the people to do the work of the ministry.
Wow! That sounds so good they should put something like that in the Bible.
I like where this starts, but the problem is that we’re only deconstructing.
And as we all know, until someone constructs a new model the mainline church won’t let go of it’s current model… I mean, Teddy Bear.
